Dare I say it: Including this weekend, there are only nine weekends before Labor Day! That means nine opportunities to discover, re-discover, explore, and enjoy the North Fork! What are you waiting for? Pumpkin season?

In addition to the regular awesomeness that makes up our weekends, there are some notable events both during the weekend and after…

On Friday’s, see if you can spend the entire day at the North Fork Table and Inn! Begin with their Farmer’s Market, enjoy the Lunch Truck, transition to the Champagne Garden, and then go inside for dinner. Don’t feel like spending the entire day in one place? Then make the North Fork Table and Inn a mandatory stop for one of these (that gives you four weekends to visit The Table).

On Saturday at Martha Clara, winemaker Juan Micieli-Martinez hosts Wine 101, a hands-on discussion and introduction to wine tasting. New to wine tasting? Not sure why you should sniff, swirl, and maybe even spit? Then Juan’s Wine 101 is a great way to learn.

On Sunday, Bistro 72 is continuing their Summer Sundays Fun Days concert series with live music, drinks and food, all poolside. Not staying at Hotel Indigo? Who cares! Bistro 72 is a restaurant for everyone!

You can’t forget First and South’s Monday evening Pig Roast. Pouring Crooked Ladder. You may not officially call yourself a local until you’ve done this!

Lastly, a little Wednesday love: Little Creek Oysters in Greenport has their Happy Hour and Martha Clara Vineyards their Wine Down Wednesday. Two options for a Hump-Day evening!
