Chefs Table Series at The Halyard
In keeping with The Halyard’s commitment to in-season, local sourcing, each intimate class led by Chef Galen will take a deep dive into a specific local ingredient. Attendees will learn the best ways to prepare the ingredient and be able to sample easy-to-prepare dishes that they can replicate at home.
Classes are select Thursdays at 5pm and cost $35 per person ($25 for hotel guests). Tickets must be purchased 24-hours in advance by emailing [email protected] or by phone at 631-477-0666.
