Our annual tradition continues! Special tours demonstrating the last stages in making Champagne. Watch us complete the “méthode champenoise” process. See us disgorge, dosage, cork, wire net the bottles in preparation for the Holiday season. Enjoy a glass of our Cuvee Rare Champagne and hors d’oeuvres. Reservations required. Group size limited.
