Mike McLaughlin, a research analyst by trade who discovered his creative side after finding the East End of Long Island, Mike McLaughlin splits his time living and working in Manhattan with weekends at a cottage atop a bluff in Riverhead. Initially self-taught, Mike further developed his artistic skills through course work at the International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York City. His work has been exhibited throughout the East End, has been published in print and online, and is in many private collections. 

Party like it’s Mardi Gras all year round. The HooDoo Loungers are an East Coast based band performing music inspired by the rhythms, sounds, history and spirit of New Orleans. The band’s sound encompasses traditional New Orleans Jazz, Brass Band, classic R&B and funk – a blend of original music and re-arranged New Orleans classics.
