2016 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay paired with a Malibu Truffle (Sag Harbor Rum infused white chocolate ganache, with organic coconut flakes)

2014 Merlot paired with Baci Belgian Dark Chocolate, Fabbri Wild Italian Cherry Puree.

2014 Cabernet Franc paired with a Local Sea Salt Caramel hand dipped in Belgian Dark Chocolate.

Chef Steven Amaral of North Fork Chocolate Company created an Artifact Truffle just for Clovis Point!!!
