Artisanal Food Festival at Jamesport Vineyards

On Saturday, June 27th, Jamesport Vineyards will be hosting New York Wine Events inaugural North Fork Crush Wine & Artisanal Food Festival.

There are two three-hour sessions, 2-5pm or Evening: 7-10pm.

Wines from all over Long Island will be available for tasting, Noah’s Restaurant will be providing accompaniments, as well as sampling tables from local artisan food companies. Staff from the vineyards will be on hand to discuss the varietals, the winemaking process, and sell wine by the bottle and case.

Participating wineries include: Brooklyn Oenology, Coffee Pot Cellars, Harbes Winery, Jamesport Vineyards, Lenz Winery, Lieb Cellars, Long Island Merlot Alliance, Martha Clara Vineyards, Mattebella Vineyards, Osprey’s Dominion, Palmer Vineyards, Raphael, Roanoke Vineyards, Saltbird Cellars, Sannino Bella Vita Vineyard, Sparkling Pointe Vineyards & Winery, Waters Crest Winery, and Brotherhood Winery (Hudson Valley, NY).

In addition to a selection of light fare by Noah’s of Greenport, participating artisan food makers also include Backyard Brine Pickle Co., Catapano Dairy Farm, cHarissa Authentic Seasoning, Blue Duck Bakery & Café, Le Fusion, Pride Enjoy, North Fork Chocolate, Really Good Fruit Spreads, and Vines & Branches.

General admission is $69 and will increase to $79 in the week leading up to the event. There are VIP tickets available as well, limited to 40 per session at $179 and increasing to $189 in the week prior. In addition to the main tasting, the VIP tickets include a private VIP area featuring 10 reserve wines from the participating vineyards paired with locally sourced seafood inspired small plates, prepared by Chef Noah Schwartz, owner of Noah’s in Greenport.
